الشعوب غير الفارسية في إيران تحقق نصرا كبيرا على الساحة الدولية

مقترح في الكونغرس الامريكي لمناقشة حق تقرير المصير لشعب اتراك ازربايجان الجنوبية
حقق ابناء الشعب التركي في ازربايجان الجنوبية نصرا هاما في الكونغرس الامريكي بعد ان تقدم احد اعضاءالكونغرس بمقترح لمناقشة حق تقرير المصير للشعب الازربايجاني وذلك بتاريخ الثاني عشر من شهر ايليول/ سبتمبر الجاري .
وجاء في المقترح صراحتا ان الشعب الازربايجاني قسم بين ايران و روسيا وفق معاهدة تركمن شاي المبرمة عام 1828 دون الرجوع الى الشعب الازربايجاني في هذا التقسيم  و حصل عام 1991 جزء من الشعب الازربايجاني على الاستقلال في جمهورية ازربايجان الشمالية خلال انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي .
وجاء في المشروع المقترح على الكونغرس الامريكي , ان الشعب الازربايجاني حافظ على هويته و لغته الغير فارسية  وعلى تاريخيه و ديانته الغير فارسية وهو فخور بها وعملت ايران على تقسيم ازربايجان الي القسم الشرقي و الغربي و اجزاء اخرى . للشعب الازربايجاني الحق ان يقرر مصيره و يعلن دولته اذا اختار ذلك  ويعيش بسلام مثل باقي الامم .
ويعد هذا نصرا كبيرا للشعوب الغير فارسية على الساحة الدولية , خصوصا ان اللابي الايراني متمرس و ذو جذور قديمة في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية و بالاخص في الكونغرس الامريكي الذي بقي حكرا على الايرانين طيلة فترة طويله من صراعنا مع العدو الايراني , كما انه لطمة قوية للدولة الايرانية و لمعارضيها و ايضا للمدعين ان الوضع الدولي لا يسمح للمطالبة بحق تقرير المصير و الاستقلال .

                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
   Expressing the sense of Congress that the Azeri people, currently  divided between Azerbaijan and Iran, have the right to self-  determination and to their own sovereign country if they so choose.
Whereas the Azeri people have maintained a proud and distinctive national, cultural, and religious identity dating back to ancient times;Whereas in Iran, the provinces inhabited mainly by ethnic Azeris are called East and West Azerbaijan by the government in Tehran, thus giving credibility  to the claim that the homeland of the Azeri is divided; Whereas the Azeri homeland was split between Russia and Persia by the Treaty of Turkmenchay in 1828, without the consent of the Azeris;Whereas the Azeris gained partial liberation when the Republic of Azerbaijan  gained its independence in 1991 during the collapse of the Soviet Union;and Whereas it is the policy of the United States to oppose aggression and the violation of human rights inherent in the subjugation of national groups like the Azeris in Iran: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that the Azeri people, currently divided between Azerbaijan and Iran, have the right to self-determination and they should be afforded the opportunity to choose their own status among the community of nations, living in peace and harmony, without external coercion.
